Warmup:
10 minutes of double unders. Try to establish a PR. I got 15 unbroken, but I know I have done better than that in the past.

  • 50 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)

I used the level 2 weight for bear complex so that I could keep moving. Erin was the coach.
