Three rounds for time of:
- 400 meter run
- 21 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
- 12 pullups
I am not 100%, but I was taped up by Olga and did it Rx. Happy with that. 1st Rx WOD this week. Last Helen was 12:49 on 12/18/09.
