WOD: "100 Burpees + 1 Pint"
In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, Drew, Danny, Tiffany, and me decided to disregard the posted WOD "Murph" and do a special St. Patty's Day WOD. Do 100 burpees and drink 1 pint of Guiness for time. Keep in mind, this was 7 a.m.
