Warmup:
3x10 over the box jumps (20")
3x10 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
3x10 double unders

Strength:
3 sets of max reps strict press (95#)
  1. 15 reps
  2. 10 reps
  3. 10reps

WOD: "4/19/11"
5 rounds EACH for time (level 2) of:
  • 20 double unders
  • 15 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
  • 10 over the box jumps (20")
rest 90 seconds between sets

Round Results
  1. finished at 1:41 - total round = 1:41
  2. finished at 4:30 - total round = 1:19
  3. finished at 7:36 - total round = 1:36
  4. finished at 10:56 - total round = 1:50
  5. finished at 14:14 - total round = 2:10
Total time = 14:14 (includes 4 90-second mandatory rest times)

I was able to string most of my double unders together during this WOD which was a HUGE accomplishment for me. It really sped up my round times.
