Round Results
- finished at 1:41 - total round = 1:41
- finished at 4:30 - total round = 1:19
- finished at 7:36 - total round = 1:36
- finished at 10:56 - total round = 1:50
- finished at 14:14 - total round = 2:10
I was able to string most of my double unders together during this WOD which was a HUGE accomplishment for me. It really sped up my round times.
