Warmup:
400 meter run
mobility drills

WOD: "AMRAP 15"
15 minute AMRAP of (level 2):
  • 20 knees to elbows
  • 10 burpees
  • 100 meter out n back run
5 rounds

I switched to 20 situps (unassisted) in round 3 because I was spending so much time on the knees to elbows. My shoulders were spent.
