Strength:
3,3,3,1,1,1 weighted pullups

I did strict pullups figuring my gut was weight enough.

8 rounds for time of:
  • 3 power cleans (135#)
  • 5 bar facing burpees
  • 7 knees to elbows
  • 30 second rest
