WOD: "Filthy Fifty"
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
for time with a 40 minute cutoff
At the end of 40 minutes, I made it through 20 burpees, so I didn't complete the full cycle. I'm getting old and fat and these last few months between travelling and back issues have taken its toll on my body. I need to get back in shape prior to the October hiking trip to Yosemite.
