Warmup:
agility drills
pvc pass thrus
air squats
rope climb

Strength:
3x5 back squats (95#/135#/155#)

WOD: "Double Unders & Burpees"
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
  • 25 double unders
  • 10 burpees
3 rounds Rx - The double unders held me up. I was determined to get every stinking one.
