Run Climb Swing

Warmup:
25 burpees (1:06)
2x12 pvc kayak paddle stretches
mobility drills

Strength:
3 rounds of 10 pushups + 20 GHD situps

WOD: "Run, Climb, Swing"
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
  • 400 meter run
  • 15 foot rope climb
  • 15 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
3 rounds + 100 meters Rx

This is my Rx WOD in a while. Feeling pretty good.
