Compare to 3/9/09. My time a year ago was 12:23 so I am pleased with the nearly 3 minute shaving of time.

Static Hold: 137# for 51 seconds

WOD: "AMRAP in 20"
AMRAP in 20 minutes where each round consists of:
  • 1 power clean (95#)
  • 2 squat cleans (95#)
  • 3 push press (95#)
  • 5 knee slaps
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 situps

Jumping Squats + Pullups

Warmup:
1x10 squats
3x10 jumping squats
3x10 back extensions
3x10 double unders
3x10 overhead squats (45#,67#,87#)

WOD: "Jumping Squats + Pullups"
10 to 1 sets of weighted jumping squats (67#) and pullups for time.

Time 6:55 Rx

This works out to 55 reps each of jumping squats and pullups. This was similar to FRAN in output and after-WOD effects. :)

Deadlift + Burpees

Matt benched me on this one due to my pulled lower back. Probably out until Friday. yay.
