hamstring stretch

Strength:
5x3 press (135#/145#/155#/165#/165# 2 reps)
WOD:
"Run & Do Stuff part 2"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of (Rx):
800 meter run
25 pushups
25 deadlifts (185#)
2 rounds + 400 meter run
