Score total load for 3 carries divided by time. If you drop the load on the carry, you have to perform 10 burpees on the spot.

- 20 squats + 20 pushups
- farmer's carry (to loading docks and back)
- 10 squats + 30 pushups
Load: 130# per trip (60# dumbbell & 70# kettlebell) totalling 390#
Score: 45.72
This was a lot of fun. I almost dropped the weight on the 3rd carry, but I held on and had to perform no burpees. Woohoo!!!
