Farmer's Carry +

Warmup:
3x15 pullups
3x15 overhead squats (pvc)
3x1 400 meter run

WOD: "Farmer's Carry +"
Score total load for 3 carries divided by time. If you drop the load on the carry, you have to perform 10 burpees on the spot.

  • farmer's carry (to loading docks and back)
  • 30 squats + 10 pushups
  • farmer's carry (to loading docks and back)
  • 20 squats + 20 pushups
  • farmer's carry (to loading docks and back)
  • 10 squats + 30 pushups

This was a lot of fun. I almost dropped the weight on the 3rd carry, but I held on and had to perform no burpees. Woohoo!!!
