Press/Lunge

Warmup:
2x15 judo pushups
group warmup
4x10 press (45#/55#/65#/75#)

WOD: "Lunge"
4 rounds for time of:

1st & 3rd rounds:
  • 100 meter overhead lunge (45#)
  • 150 meter run
  • 50 meter farmer's carry (2x1.5 pood kettlebell)
  • 25 pushups
  • 100 meter run
2nd & 4th rounds:
  • 50 meter overhead lunge (45#)
  • 150 meter run
  • 100 meter farmer's carry (2x1.5 pood kettlebell)
  • 25 pushups
  • 50 meter run
The 50 meter run is removed from the 4th round. The 4th round ends with pushups.
