Warmup:
3x10 situps
3x10 back extensions
3x10 air squats
3x10 pushups
WOD:
"Kettlebells, Jumping, & Running"
Sets 21-15-9 reps of kettlebell swings, box jumps, and a 400m run after each set (total of 3).
Time 14 minutes
