Walking around with my arms in the air...
Warmup:
3x15 situps
3x15 back extensions
3x15 pushups
3x15 jumping pullups
3x15 air squats
WOD:
"Overhead Walk + Situps"
5 rounds of 90lb overhead walk (length of field and back) + 10 situps for time.
Time = Under 10 minutes
1st WOD with Conlin.
