Filthy Fifty

Warmup:
1x5 each exercise in filthy fifty

WOD: "Filthy Fifty"
For time:
  • 50 box jumps (24")
  • 50 jumping pullups
  • 50 kettlebell swings (1 pood)
  • 50 walking lunges
  • 50 knees to elbows
  • 50 push press (45#)
  • 50 back extensions
  • 50 wall ball (20#, 10')
  • 50 burpees
  • 50 double unders/150 singles
Time 38:14 Rx

I used the 45# kettlebell which is more than 1 pood. Also, did the singles. I was whipped in this one. 3 minutes longer than last time. Jeez.
