WOD: "40-5-5-30*10 Sprint, Jump"
10 rounds for time of:
  • 40 yd dash
  • 5 box jumps (24")
  • 5 burpees
  • 30 second rest

cholesterol 201 (unmedicated) - did not represcribe cholesterol medication

liver, cell count, diabetes, thyroid, etc all checked out

doc was pleased with progress
