Warmup:

3x15 pullups
3x15 squats
4 OH squats (45#)

WOD: "5x3 Overhead Squats"
5 sets of 3 reps:
  1. 135#
  2. 135#
  3. 135#
  4. 95#
  5. 95#
Today I went light to work on my squat depth and strengthen myself when I am deep in the squat. Going to start building back up.
