Fight Gone Bad

Warmup:
15 box jumps (largest box - 30" i think)
Box Jump PR (30" box plus 4 25# bumper plates - I got my feet on 5 plates but couldn't stick it - approx 42")
30 overhead squats (PVC)
10 pullups (chest to bar)

WOD: "Fight Gone Bad"
3 5-minute rounds where each exercise is 1 minute - 1 min rest between rounds. Exercises are:
  • push press (75#) - score reps
  • row - score calories
  • wall ball (20# - 8 ft target) - score reps
  • sumo deadlift high pull (75#) - score reps
  • box jumps (20") - score reps
Compare to 2/27/09 where I scored 262.

I scored 302 today which is a new PR for me.
