Deadlift

Warmup:
3x15 kettlebell swings
3x15 dips (worked on ring dips)
3x15 squats

WOD: "Deadlift"
Going heavy on the deadlifts for a 1-rep max.
Warmed up with 3 reps at 137#.

  2. 406# - new PR
  3. 411# - new PR
  4. 411# - tried this one again, but failed - hey, I got it once and it counts
